As a member of the Children's Memorial Marathon Team you will receive:

• The opportunity to sign up for the CARA Marathon Training Program for a discounted rate.
• Training clinics led by experts on running, nutrition, equipment and fundraising.
• Guaranteed registration for the 2009 Bank of America Chicago Marathon.
•  A running singlet and two t-shirts for friends and/or family members who come to cheer you on from the sidelines.
• The opportunity to participate in fun runs, social gatherings and special events.
• Fundraising guidance and online tools to help you surpass your individual fundraising goal.
• Exclusive race day access to the Children's Memorial tent within charity village for you, your friends and/or family members, including gear check, refreshments and massage therapists.
• The incredible feeling of knowing that your effort and endurance will translate into a brighter future for the children cared for at Children's Memorial Hospital!

Member Commitments
By joining the Children's Memorial Marathon Team, each runner must agree to the following:

• Pay a $35 non-refundable participation fee, due with application.
• Pay a $125 non-refundable registration fee for the 2009 Bank of America Chicago Marathon, due with application, unless you are already registered for The 2009 Bank of America Chicago Marathon.
• Raise a minimum of $600 for Children's Memorial Hospital by November 13, 2009 and submit at least half of that amount by October 1, 2009 (minimum pledge amount, credit card guarantee required with application).
