How to Register

1) ONLINE
Register for the Children’s Memorial Hospital Race for the Kids 5k Run/Walk online today! When you register online, you will create a username and password that will enable you to login and build your own personal fundraising webpage. You can also create or join a team. You may register and turn in donations online until Tuesday, June 16th at 12 noon.

Register today!
Register as an individual or register an entire team. Individuals can also join existing teams.

2) BY MAIL
If you wish to pay by check or money order, please download and print a copy of the printable registration form for each participant you wish to register. Please mail the form(s) to the address below. Forms must be received by Tuesday, June 16th.

If you choose to mail in your registration form and donations, you can collect your prizes and race day materials in advance at one of the packet pick-ups or onsite the day of the event. If you choose to pick up your materials on the day of the event, you may do so starting at 6:30 a.m. but please arrive early for proper registration.
