Start Times

Start times will be assigned and posted at this location prior to the day of the event. Please note that consecutive start times are only guaranteed for teams. Start times vary from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  In order to help you understand the process of assigning start times, below is a list of the order in which start times are assigned:

1. Elite Athletes (Maximum of 20 participants who qualify and make prior arrangements to secure an early start time)
2. Event Sponsors
3. Teams (according to the date/time of registration ~ the earlier the registration, the earlier the start time)
4. Individuals (according to the date/time of registrations ~ the earlier the registration, the earlier the start time)

Upon the close of registration, we will immediately sort registrations according to the above and work with the timer to assign bib numbers and timing chips, so we are not able to meet any start time requests that are made after the date/time registration closes. In addition, if you are signed up as an individual, but chose to join an existing team after the close of registration, you will be added to the team for online fundraising purposes, but if the request was not received prior to the close of registration, again, we are not able to adjust the final start time list once it’s finalized. Once the start time list is finalized, it is set in stone and we thank you in advance for understanding.
